Bernice Bradley is a highly skilled professional with over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, specializing in Financial and Credit Law and Collections. She began her career in debt counselling in 2008 after completing her National Credit Regulator (NCR) debt counselling training through Rudo Research and Accredited Training and was officially registered with the NCR in 2009.
Bernice’s strong foundation in debt management and financial law was built through her extensive experience at one of South Africa's top 10 debt counselling firms, where she gained expertise in guiding clients toward financial freedom. She has developed a deep understanding of the credit law landscape, and her strategic approach to debt resolution has earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor in the field.
In 2022, Bernice joined A De Bruyn Attorneys, expanding her professional scope. She took on the role of Marketing Liaison while also beginning a legal apprenticeship, further enhancing her knowledge of the legal aspects of debt management and collections. Her comprehensive understanding of financial and credit law and her dedication to client success make her a valuable asset to the firm.
