Candice Piedt

Leading the team of Attorneys and Debt Counsellors is Adri de Bruyn. She is an accomplished attorney and notary of the High Court of South Africa with over a decade of experience in the debt counselling industry. She holds an L.L.B degree from the University of Stellenbosch and completed her Debt Counselling course in 2009, registering with the National Credit Regulator soon after.

Adri’s expertise lies in the National Credit Act, specializing in debt review, not over-indebted applications, rejection applications, and debt mediation. With her prior litigation experience, Adri assists consumers in finding the best solution to their circumstances. Her exceptional negotiation skills enable her to liaise with credit providers on behalf of consumers to obtain a favourable debt restructuring plan. Adri’s approach is personal and trustworthy, and she is passionate about helping consumers overcome their financial struggles. She is also a qualified mediator and dispute resolution practitioner, further enhancing her ability to assist clients in resolving disputes.
